Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order before it has been prepared and dispatched.
- Once the order is in process, cancellation may not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
Quality Issues:
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or substandard tiffin, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or credit for future orders, subject to our discretion.
Payment Refunds:
- In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
