At Burpppet, we are committed to providing you with delicious and high-quality tiffin meals. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

    No Refunds for Delivered Orders:

  • Since we deal with perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the tiffin has been delivered. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming.

    Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been prepared and dispatched.
  • Once the order is in process, cancellation may not be possible, and no refund will be issued.

    Quality Issues:

  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or substandard tiffin, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or credit for future orders, subject to our discretion.

    Payment Refunds:

  • In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
